Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly issue a refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@mucciclassico.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Shipping fees (unless the error was ours)

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
